BCI’s Vice President of Global Access was invited to moderate an international trade session at the International Fresh Produce Association's Washington Conference titled, “Forecasting Fresh Market Opportunities Export Commodity Outlook.” During the session, leaders from top U.S. produce industries discussed current export market conditions, potential new opportunities, and trade barriers that need to be addressed to expand international sales.
Other speakers included Casey Creamer, President of California Citrus Mutual, Kam Quarles, Chief Executive Officer of the National Potato Council, and Mark Powers, President of the Northwest Horticultural Council.
